EKU Student Research Grant
The EKU Division of Natural Areas would like to announce the availability of student research grants for up to $1,000. The Grant in Aid Program is designed to assist with funding student research at EKU's natural areas: Maywoods Environmental and Educational Laboratory, Lilley Cornett Woods Appalachian Ecological Research Station, and Taylor Fork Ecological Area. Visit http://naturalareas.eku.edu to learn more about our Natural Areas. Research does not have to focus solely on our areas: research that uses our sites as part of a larger study are encouraged.
Please contact Dr. Stephen Richter (contact information below) if you have questions about research possibilities, the sites, or anything else. For information on application procedures, visit http://naturalareas.eku.edu/eku-student-grant-aid-program. The application deadline is March 28, 2014.
